I moved to this role in September 2018 when Google had a renewed focus on educating the consumer estate on the benefits of Chrome OS as a platform.My role entails creating and delivering training content for the Chromebook UK team. This entails training and enabling a field team of 16 Chromebook Market Managers, Chromebook manufacturers, as well as attending large scale events and training sessions where I am involved in the concept, execution and delivery of these sessions.When not delivering sessions my role is the creation of content for the UK market, either assisting in rolling out global initiatives or bespoke requests for the local market.Key highlights: - 3 day training event for Chromebook Sales Specialists - Travelling to Australia to train the new Chromebook Market Manager team - Leading a national training roadshow in partnership with Dixons Carphone (MyLearning Live)

My role entailed the training of the consumer retail estate, brand representatives and internal Google training on Made by Google products. I was involved in the creation, execution and delivery of training events from nationwide roadshows to large scale training events. I was involved from the launch of the original Google Pixel and Google Home up until the Pixel 3 launch where I travelled to Singapore to train the Google brand representatives.In my role requests would come in to assist with other sections of the Google family and I have represented the Android brand at events such as Mobile World Congress, Samsung Galaxy Note launch and others.

As a Creative at Apple my role entailed training customers on how to get the most from their devices that they had purchased. This was either done on a 1-2-1 basis or group workshops. The role also involved training the existing team on products and services and being the go-to experts on all things Apple
