I am a manual therapist which means I use a hands on approach utilizing different physical therapy procedures and modalities to establish a protocol of treatment devised to meet the needs of each person on an individual basis. I am currently collaborating with Professor Cheryl Riegger-krugh PT, MS, ScD and Colorado based Tol-Tec, a software company, developing a software program to help patients understand and visualize better the area of their problem. This knowledge will help patients “buy in” to the physical therapy presented to them. At Bernier Physical Therapy, patients can work with the same therapist throughout the course of their treatment or change to another therapist if theyso desire.Specialties: I personally work utilizing many different techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and a combination of modalities as required to achieve the desired results.
