I am a professional archivist who connects people to archival resources to bring history out of the vault and into the public consciousness. I organize unique information to make it discoverable, usable, and available for generations to come. I am the friendly and helpful bridge between you and the infinitely exhaustive body of knowledge available through unique archival resources. I am looking for opportunities for putting my life-long love of photography and digital photo management to use to bring the history of academic institutions to life visually. I am highly organized and have project management training and experience. I enjoy working with multiple individuals and groups to see projects through from inception through completion. My specialties include:1) Photographic archives which allows me to engage in my lifelong love of photography and managing print and digital photographic collections2) The history of student activism and marginalized communities in higher education in which I unite the mutually beneficial relationship between current day student activism and archival resources documenting activism of the past.

Our mission is to support the discovery, learning, and engagement goals of Purdue University by identifying, collecting, preserving, and making available for research records and papers of enduring value created.

  • I was an STN librarian for 14 years at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, one of the top-ranked undergraduate engineering college in the U.S. My time spent there gave me professional and career development.
  • Starting at a time when the Internet was still in its infancy, I served as an early chief architect of Logan Library’s transformation to a mostly digital library.
