Drawing from my personal journey as a widow and coach, I guide widows through transformation with unwavering compassion, boundless enthusiasm and vibrant optimism. I help widows navigate life’s challenges and thrive along the way - allowing them to build resilience and reclaim their joy. Establishing Joyous Again is a labor of love, building on my years of public speaking, peer and mentor coaching, and a long and diversified career developing strong interpersonal relationships. Through one on one coaching, I successfully assist individuals to overcome obstacles, loss, and stress and help them build confidence and resilience as they face life's daily challenges. I have obtained a Certification in Resilience Coaching and earned the Certified Leadership Coach credential from Destination Leadership. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am aligned with and bound by the Coaching Code of Ethics identified by ICF.As a motivational speaker, I share my personal journey of resilience. My talks include anecdotes, education and tools to help people overcome obstacles more effectively and inspire people to lead a more joyful life.I am an insightful leader who has had notable success in executing broad-range strategies in implementing programs and projects. I achieve organizational results – 1 person and 1 project at a time - blending the hard skills of finance, fundraising & business development with the soft skills of vision, creativity and relationship building. I pursue opportunities where I combine my passion for helping people in need with my 25+ years of experience guiding clients and organizations to understand and meet their goals. While developing donor and client relationships has been an important part of my career, my experience includes working with individuals to develop internal processes, policies, and staff, managing teams, as well as the planning and coordination of multiple types of outreach, engagement and educational programming.
