Elizabeth McKee is Senior Associate Attorney counsel in BAL’s Atlanta office. She provides counsel to clients on a wide variety of business immigration matters, including labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, and obtaining nonimmigrant status. Ms. McKee also has significant experience with nonimmigrant work visas, PERM/permanent residence applications, and immigration-related agency investigations and audits. Her client base has included Fortune 100 corporations, and small and start-up businesses from industries including information technology, automotive manufacturing, and financial services. Ms. McKee has also assisted companies by performing I-9 audit reviews and she has developed and presented immigration training programs for corporate human resources professionals on topics including compliance with I-9 and Department of Labor regulations as well as the E-Verify system.
