After interviewing me as a candidate for a client, the founder of the firm convinced me instead that I should start a career in recruiting. He was right. It was a great fit for my skills. In January of 2000, I purchased Sales and Marketing Search after being it's top biller for over five years. We recruit sales and marketing candidates for companies ranging in size from start-up ventures to $6B in sales. Our clients are primarily technology companies and b2b services companies. As I like to say, we do entry level to VP level, but we are very, VERY good right in the middle!
