Delivery Partner for an Iconic American Motor cycle manufacturer. Was instrumental in this new client win for Infosys. Set up the global delivery for the program across 3 locations in India, new proximity development center in the US and teams spread across client locations. This was one of the largest transition of work involving rebadging of client employees. The work involved complete 'Run the Business' for the client, transformation programs to implement SAP / eCommerce and driving the innovation agenda for the client. The execution was in an Integrated services model across all service lines including SAP, Web, Legacy, PLM, BI, Infrastructure & testing. This was the first such model in Infosys.

Heading Independent Validation Solutions (IVS) Practice Unit in the Manufacturing vertical unit. Led the growth of the testing services practice unit from about 800 people to about 1200 people and 50M in revenues within a year. Was instrumental in opening testing services at several clients within the Manufacturing vertical by positioning 'Testing Center of Excellence' as a key enabler for delivering higher quality systems. Strategically focused the practice on higher value services of quality assurance including Automation, BI testing, ERP testing, Performance testing, Security testing and Business assurance services. The differentiated services based on toolsets, re-usable suites and automation frameworks was 40% of the total revenues, the highest amongst all vertical testing units in the company. This also led to high profitability and differentiation in an otherwise fast commoditizing space.

Leading the ERP testing practice in the Independent Validation Solutions (IVS) horizontal unit in Infosys. ERP testing practice was a new service line started to focus on bringing structured tool based testing practices to ERP programs. Set up offerings for validation services for standard enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Siebel. The services were differentiated to run on pre-established functional test cases based on standard functions of the enterprise platform. Was instrumental in taking the service lines to some of the large enterprise transformation programs on SAP, PeopleSoft and Siebel at that time. The service line grew to about 800 people and 40M in revenues.

Heading delivery for the Telco/OEM sector within the Manufacturing unit. Responsible for Custom Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) of all projects, based on Microsoft and Java technologies for the Telco/OEM sector. P&L responsibility for a USD 40 Million portfolio & development team of 700 people.

Heading delivery for the Discrete Manufacturing and Hi-Tech Distributor sectors within the Manufacturing unit. Set up a large deal solutions team to focus on building winning solutions for large deals. Resulted in opening of new relationships for Infosys with revenues of over 100 Million. Provided leadership in winning a large USD 30 Million contract value Hi-Tech Distributor account. Turnaround of the complex high-risk program led to winning the Phoenix award for high-risk programs at Infosys.Delivery excellence in one of the leading imaging company led to the client recognizing Infosys with a supplier award for 3 years in a row. Won the Annual Infosys excellence award for 'Client Delight' at this client.
