My journey began as an educator with a degree in Pedagogy, and today I work as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Beacon School, a leading bilingual school. Being an educator has given me a human-centered approach to development, something I carry with me and apply daily across our hiring practices, particularly in the Academic, Administrative, and Operational areas.Over time, my purpose evolved into connecting people with opportunities that drive their growth. Across diverse sectors — from Healthcare and Private Education to Real Estate Consulting and Construction — I developed Talent Acquisition strategies, establishing strategic partnerships both internally and externally, with universities and wellness programs, while strengthening connections between HR and corporate departments.In my day-to-day work, I conduct interviews in both English and Portuguese, in digital and in-person settings, applying structured and competency-based methodologies.
