I was selected to assist in the upgrade of the managed-service product catalog on the public cloud to boost sales for the company. In this role, I managed a team of 30 senior architects and engineers working remotely on creating new products and offering technical assistance to clients in cloud and digital transformation. I successfully incorporated services into client systems and acted as an executive liaison for a set of enterprise and strategic customers, managing the company's strategic collaborations with third-party cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. ✦ Key Highlights ✦ Led a team to develop automation solutions from scratch, eliminating 3–5-day integration time and eliminating thousands of labor hours each quarter, resulting in an increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 10 points. Implemented strategic plans to drive revenue growth and new business opportunities, resulting in 20% year-over-year (YOY) cloud business growth. Designed Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) for AWS and Azure platforms, which was adopted by 4-5 of the company’s largest clients.  Collaborated with AWS to integrate the solution into AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (AWS DRS) product line and worked closely with vendors to influence product roadmap and ensure a successful launch. Partnered with C-suite leadership to develop and implement corporate roadmap and vision to keep up with ever-changing customer needs. Transformed a team of Windows and VMWare-based engineers into a team that embraced emerging cloud platforms, ensuring the company remained at the forefront of technological advancements. Conducted Voice of the Customer (VOC) business reviews for enterprise and strategic clients, fostering relationships and improving customer retention through face-to-face interactions.  Achieved AWS Premier Partner status in 2020 and maintained status by completing successful audits in 2021 & 2023.

As Principal Architect, I established technical direction for multiple products within a cloud product portfolio and developed industry best practices for engineering and DevOps team. As the Director of Product Engineering, I managed a team of 10 diverse engineers and senior architects in both the US and Singapore tasked with planning, developing, delivering, and supporting product infrastructure solutions. I directed multiple large-scale projects through full lifecycle, as well as infrastructure initiatives and established long-term relationships with vendors to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities. Additionally, I managed project budgets, communicated status updates, and developed service improvement plans to meet management’s service level objectives.
