Created a team responsible for validation of all mixed-signal IP developed at NVIDIA. Responsibilities include chip bringup, design margin testing, design validation, specification development, and standards body work. Continued development of PCIe generations 2/3/4, Display Port, and GDDR5. Filed several patents for both design and validation.

Developed PCI Express interface for chip to chip communications. Led top-level design effort in addition to designing clock-data recovery circuits in the receiver. I supported chip bringup, debug activities, and represented NVIDIA's interest on standards bodies.

Serve on the Board of Directors for the HDMI Forum.

Developed the industry's first XAUII interface (quad 3.125Gbps interface). Led top-level chip design, package development, board development, chip bringup, debug, and customer support. Developed Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), Clock Data Recovery (CDR), sense amplifier receiver, and both current mode and voltage mode transmitters which supported Feed Forward.
