Institute streamline reliability center maintenance program, predictive maintenance PDM, condition monitoring, track and report on lost opportunity, analyze equipment lubrication, SAM team facilitator, M&A team facilitator, develop and facilitate forced outage critique’s, manage incident reporting program, develop equipment lubrication program, MRIT team facilitator, BTF committee.My duties as a Planner-Scheduler included but was not limited to develop daily and weekly schedules on a one, two, three week basis, development of repair-corrective action plans, review of and managing backlog, prepare job packages including job scoping documents, equipment parts lists, procedures, and drawings for CM activities.Develop planned outage schedules,CMMS hierarchy conversion (Maximo-SAP), and development of JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis). As a Maintenance Supervision of 25 mechanical maintenance technicians, all of whom were unionized and multi-skilled employees. Manage Daily Corrective-Preventive Activities. Acting Maintenance manager for 1 year. O&M Capital Budget Developed for Maintenance Area. Manage Construction Projects and Personnel. Capital Job Development and Supervision. Other areas of responsibility included performance appraisals, key contributor award presentations, positive discipline coaching for performance, participation at monthly company-union meeting, grievance process and facilitation of safety meetings addressing all safety related issues and concerns.
