Led new business development technology opportunities, successfully signing on and building solutions for key partners such as HP, IBM, STK, Dell, Microsoft, SGI, and HDS. Trained both HP & HP reseller field teams on how to sell VERITAS suite of Data Management products. AS OEM SE Manager, acting as technical lead increasing VERITAS NetBackup revenue by seven times, from $20M initially to over $150M. Exceeded annual quotas every year by a minimum of 35%, generating a total of more than $20M. Travelled internationally to influence and persuade new business channels on VERITAS NetBackup value.
