As a seasoned CEO and entrepreneur, I have founded and/or run eight national and multi-national businesses that have ranged in size from start-ups to $320M in revenue. I also co-founded the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program in conjunction with the Stanford School of Engineering, which has delivered advanced project management coursework to over 40,000 participants and awarded over 900 SAPM certifications.Most recently, I joined Vistage Worldwide, Inc. as a Group Chair where I am able to pursue my purpose of making a difference in the lives of others. As a Vistage Chair, I utilize my experience, insight, and intuition to help leaders build better businesses of greater value, faster. I accomplish these results by facilitating peer advisory group meetings as well as one-to-one coaching sessions with intensive questioning, listening, and "cut to the chase" feedback. Individually and as a group we work together to identify and break through self-imposed barriers and self-limiting beliefs to move beyond the realm of “what’s probable” into the domain of “what’s possible.” Members regularly experience major shifts in perspective that often yield substantive business results and increased satisfaction and well-being. I currently work with 4 groups of over 60 CEOs and senior executives who meet monthly to get agenda-free, unbiased peer input. The members that I work with are exceptional human beings and business leaders who desire a greater purpose, more creativity, enhanced effectiveness, and lasting personal transformation.
