Senior Technical Account Manager
Technical Account Manager
Five9 Administrator
Was the first person at Rapid dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day operation of the dialer and its integration with our CRM, Salesforce. Was responsible for the support, productivity, and efficiency of the dialer and accountable for both the inbound and outbound campaigns running within the domain. Was responsible for the setup and configuration of our inbound and outbound lead routing, specifically our inbound IVR scripting and outbound lead tiering model, including the creation and maintenance of our outbound lead lists. Oversaw and optimized the system integration with Salesforce CRM, including but not limited to, building out workflows within our Salesforce instance. Drove the company’s speed to lead time from the 5 minute range to 30-40 seconds consistently in my first year, where it currently remains. Also drove production by increasing follow up rates and lost revenue conversion. The number of agents using platform more than doubled under my management of the system, and was responsible for building out and administering the training for all agents, both old and new, from supervisors down to reporting-only users. Also initiated and managed projects with the vendor, including customizations to the software that allowed the company terminate costly service contracts. Also built out the company’s broker-out team. Was responsible for determining desired lead flow, size of team, and building out the network of partners Rapid teamed with.
Account Executive
Was hired on a temporary employment basis and was promoted to full time in January 2015. While working as an Account Executive, was an instrumental liaison between our business leaders and the sales team, as I was the AE who best understood the workings and objectives of the dialer and could relay that information in a relatable way to the rest of the sales team.

Season tickets sales, groups, and premium inventory are included in goal; therefore, placed strong focus on revenue generating sports of football and men’s basketball, but also promoted cross-over to non-revenue sports. In first eleven-months, exceeded personal goal by generating over $99,000 in new business revenue and contributed to team achieving over 125% of the University’s $1 Million new business goal.
