Was the first person at Rapid dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day operation of the dialer and its integration with our CRM, Salesforce. Was responsible for the support, productivity, and efficiency of the dialer and accountable for both the inbound and outbound campaigns running within the domain. Also initiated and managed projects with the vendor, including customizations to the software that allowed the company terminate costly service contracts.
