As the BOH Assistant General Manager at Chick-fil-A, I lead a team of Kitchen Supervisors to uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. I create and implement systems to minimize waste, optimize health scores, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also train and develop new Kitchen Supervisors and Team Members, fostering a culture of growth and hospitality.I am passionate about technology and its applications in various domains. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Governors University, where I have learned various programming languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, C++, SQL, and R. I have also completed a Google Data Analytics Certificate, which enhanced my skills in data visualization and analysis. My goal is to graduate with my degree and continue my education with a Master's degree in the future.
