I supported the CDMO business direction by working with external companies to transition their products and technologies into manufacturing. As an advocate for continuous improvement, I developed and implemented production process improvements and quality management systems.

Established a new night shift to support the production of COVID-19 rapid tests. Recruited a team of more than 20 staff and trained new production teams, resulting in an increase in production capacity of 30% within two months.

I supported the scale-up of production capacity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This required rapidly becoming experienced in lateral flow test manufacture, developing procedures and training new production teams. I led the implementation of automated manufacture and packaging machinery into the production team, including qualifications of the machinery (IQ, OQ, PQ), generation of standard operating procedures and training of production staff.
