As Chief Revenue Officer for FreshRealm, Bob drives profit and sales growth through new and existing accounts by directing the implementation of sales strategies and policies, providing strong relationship management, and structuring and managing the Business Development team.Bob is also responsible for negotiating the financial agreements and legal contracts with all accounts, including retail and merchant partners. His business development teams serve as the principle point of contact in managing the development of annual business plans, marketing plans and strategic plans to achieve agreed upon revenue and profit objectives. Bob worked for Raley's grocery stores at managerial and executive levels for over 30 years. Before taking his current position as Chief Revenue Officer at FreshRealm, Bob served as President of the Jelly Belly Candy Company in Fairfield, CA for 15 years. Bob is a husband, father and grandfather who enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and rooting for his favorite Bay Area sports teams.
