2021 | Worked with global internal teams at an executive level to create a customer SSO experience with a web-overlay for Accreditation programs in our LMS (Learning Management System). As customers were not happy with existing solution our LMS confined us to, I was able to have approved an $80k project with a UK vendor to develop an overlay to improve the UX of our learning programs.2021 | Recognized by Schneider Electric as one of the two out of 20 YouTube channels approved to continue due to our quality-assurance of content, presentation of brand, and response to subscribers.2020-2021 | Built cyclical Accreditation and Certification programs with executive sponsors to incentivize external sales to both ramp up on our products and selectors AND to keep experienced sales updates on new product launches and updates.2019 | Through collaboration with global learning solution providers within Schneider Electric, curated further globally produced content to support our electrical distributors.2018 | Created, developed, and project managed development training of our products. 2016 we started with an 87% gap in our product training - training that was out of date or did not work in modern IoT.
