-Participated in designing, developing, and deploying enhancements and modifications to several different state immunization registry web applications.-Made enhancements and modification to the ETL process.-Used technologies such as Java, Jasper Reports (iReports), SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle database platform, SQL Developer, Struts, and JavaScript.-Coordinated promotion of software changes.-Provided estimates of work to be done.-Performed unit testing and regression testing.-Conducted peer training, including SQL training for analysts.-Built complex reports using SQL including designing and developing a report for users to access through the web application to build ad-hoc queries without needing knowledge of SQL. This project required needing to consider assuring the proper joins were included based on the data and filtersthe users were selecting for the report.-Served as primary developer for a project which exported orders from the immunization registry application along with separate files including the ordering entities' exiting inventory and contact information to be sent to the CDC. Next, I designed and developed a process which took a file sent from the CDC containing the vaccine order fulfillment information and imported it into the web application. The import process included finding the original order, updating the status of each order line item, add shipment tracking information. Additional features in this project included the ability for orders to be denied with or without explanations, shipments to be rejected, delivery hours to be specified, and inventory management features.
