CurrentBob has proudly served the 10 million people of the Tennessee Valley since 2010. He provides top-notch customer service to internal partners and external customers alike, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and exhibits exceptional problem solving and communication skills. While in Power Billing, he has trained 6 analysts to utilize the Power Billing systems and perform their roles at a high level. He is a peer reviewer of all analyst billing system changes and is the internal partner liaison for new power products, renewable programs, and IT related testing requirements.Bob has spent more than 6 years progressing within the Power Billing group. He has a strong acumen for all group systems and procedures and has strong working relationships with Metering Services, Transmission Planning (Renewables), Customer Service, Revenue, Rates and Pricing, Power Customer Contracts, and IT (business unit).Bob is best known for his ability to resolve complex billing related questions/problems in a timely manner and facilitate communication and resolution with internal partners.
