In addition, he regularly represents clients in shareholder derivative matters, and other disputes involving corporate governance issues.Bob has been co-head of the firm's Litigation Information Technology Practice Group since it was established in the mid-1990s. He has handled lawsuits and arbitrations in numerous areas of this field, including systems integration, software development, and network privacy.Bob is also a leader in Fulbright's Intellectual Property litigation practice where he handles patent and trade secrets matters. These matters include computer software and hardware, telecommunications, wireless technology, electronic components, and energy-related products and services.
