I oversee all Omni channels and product flow, performing weekly inventory and transaction audits to optimize efficiency, productivity, profitability, and meet shrink goals. I also administer monthly safety committee meetings to discuss various topics to maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Additionally, I provide interior design advice and consistently exceed my personal sales targets. Mentoring associates and actively fostering a positive store culture with a people-first approach are key responsibilities. Furthermore, I assist the visual manager with seasonal floorset updates and am responsible for all visual buildouts and installations.

Store appointed Acting Assistant Store Manager to oversee the weekly inventory order and supervise a staff of over 15 individuals. Additionally, I have completed the Starbucks Global Coffee Academy, which is equivalent to the former Starbucks CoffeeMasters Program.

Oversees a staff of over 20 individuals and is responsible for the highest-grossing department, which accounts for 65% of the store’s total volume. In addition to managing the department, I was also involved in hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions, including dismissals. When the store lacked a Visual Merchandising Manager, I would perform all the duties of that position.
