The Orthodox Church in America Chancery is responsible for setting guidelines and expectations for the over 650 parishes in North America. My role was to establish directions and guidelines for stewardship within the OCA. I headed the Stewards of the OCA (SOCA), an organization of regular giving parishioners.

Worked directly with the President and Board of Directors to assess the organization in order to build and implement a three-year growth strategy and an annual plan. Proposed and implemented new budget guidelines, including a performance based employee bonus structure.

Converted indirect sales channel to direct sales approach to address ANSYS profit declines from distributor-based sales channel. Hired and trained direct reps into all territories previously exclusively assigned to distributors. Doubled direct sales contribution from 40% to 80%. Grew revenue base $100M business 16% annually.
