With over 11 years of experience as a military aviator and a flight instructor, I am passionate about teaching, flying, and the outdoors. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, ATP multi engine land rating, as well as ratings of CFI, MEI, and CFII by the Federal Aviation Administration. I currently work as a Part 141 Flight Instructor at MIL2ATP, Inc., where I instruct multi-engine, single-engine, and instrument flights for aspiring airline pilots. I am motivated by the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with others, and to help them achieve their aviation goals. I also value the mission and culture of MIL2ATP, which is to provide high-quality, affordable, and efficient flight training for military veterans and active duty personnel.Before joining MIL2ATP, I served as a Marine Corps aviator for 11.5 years, flying H-53 helicopters in various missions and operations. I also worked as a military H-53 branch head at Fleet Readiness Center East. There I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders for the repair, overhaul, and testing of Navy and Marine Corps H-53 helicopters. In this role, I applied my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the aircraft.
