Technical Training Manager
Previously working two simultaneous roles allowed me to create a new job with Luxer One, and become the Technical Training Manager. I am responsible for training several employees of various divisions in Customer Success. I’ve created comprehensive training programs and implemented LMS software that did not previously exist.
