My name is Brad Young, and I am a reformed micro-manger with over 10 years of small business and startup leadership, project management, product consulting, and client services experience. My reformation journey started years ago when I realized the effect great leaders could have an organization.  That realization has given me a passion and drive to become one of those great leaders. As part of this I have been blessed with the opportunity to receive leadership training through Echelon Front, a nationally renowned leadership and management consultancy.I strive to lead and live my life based on six core principles: humility, discipline, love, meekness, courage, and precision. While not perfect in living up to the principles, they have driven me to find success in both my personal and professional life.I had the privilege of leading a team in developing an internal custom order management system which increased efficiency by more than 60 percent, as well as fostering relationships with new customers, one of which grew to generate more than 35 percent of overall revenue.
