I was the Asset Protection Manager and a Senior Executive for the Macy's location at Town Center at Cobb mall in Kennesaw, GA. In 2017 I acheived the stores shortage goal and had the biggest reduction in shortage for the district. I was able to better the external and internal case productivity goals. I received the District Leadership award for 2017. I earned the Organized Retail Crime Manager in Charge of the Season for the South Region in 2016. I hired and developed an Assistant Asset Protection Supervisor and a team of 5 detectives. I was able to build strong partnerships both throughout the company and with local and state agencies.
