Led a 25-person, multifunctional team and managed a $6M budget in the test and evaluation of a $32B satellite and ground system for usability, interoperability, effectiveness, dependability, maintainability, and threat resiliency. My responsibilities included defining team objectives, allocating funding, scheduling test activities, and managing headcount and resource allocation while not interrupting ongoing military operations and training activities. In a consulting role, I regularly presented the results of ongoing test activities to the client, developer, and senior executives for operational acceptance decisions.

Vandenberg Afb, California

Managed a team of five space operations instructors who led 250 students through space operations training with a 100% graduation rate. Additionally, I taught 10 classes of aspiring space professionals in fundamentals of Air Force space operations, including topics on orbital mechanics and the electromagnetic spectrum, ultimately producing 190 operators for five military space organizations.

Oversaw a 15-person team in the creation of procedures to operate a multi-satellite, multi-ground site system and led multiple 4-person evaluation teams in operator proficiency. Additionally, I was an organizational liaison officer between the operational unit and other national and Department of Defense agencies to ensure operational effects were adequately delivered to warfighters worldwide.
