This included developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to certify all team members in their respective maintenance specialties, ensuring that each technician was proficient and capable of meeting the demanding requirements of our mission. This achievement led to a significant 56% reduction in the mandatory course training backlog, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and efficiency.In addition to overseeing training operations, I managed the unit's travel program. In this capacity, I facilitated the transportation of new instructors to their Basic Instructor Course (BIC), enabling their seamless integration as replacements for 23 outgoing instructors. Additionally, I spearheaded the recognition program, resulting in 22 awards for members of our team, the highest win rate among 21 training detachments.Furthermore, I meticulously managed the self-assessment program, reviewing 32 command programs and 115 checklist items to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
