Digital Marketing Coordinator
CurrentCoordinates implementation of site functionality improvements, and design iterations to meet customer needs. Tracks and performs web content and site updates. Monitors internal request system and issues tracker, assigns tasks, and responds to internal partner and external customer questions and requests. Uses Content Management Systems to create and edit Web pages, organize web page structures and hierarchies. Uses GovDelivery to create and send electronic email alerts and newsletters. Leads the Web Team in producing email alerts and newsletters for external facing email communications. Builds, tests, and administers external customer surveys when needed. Formats and uploads documents and multi-media assets for use online. Uses Google and GovDelivery Analytics to provide analytics insights when requested.
