I have worked at the Utah Transit Authority for 16 years and have been on the maintenance road crew for 14 of those years. I have learned how the transit system operates and the company's many different roles. I have taken the executive board seat for the union on the facilities side. While working, I went to Western Governor University and received my bachelor's in healthcare management and also my MBA. I am now seeking employment in a management position to utilize the skills I have gained while employed and those I have received through education. I will be an asset to companies because I will be a leader who makes a difference and empowers my teams, all while encouraging my employees to grow themselves. I have been a blue-collar worker who knows the hard work and dedication required for those positions. I have excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
