In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities as an Enrollment Advisor, this individual will also help assist in training and enhancement of our tools to help aid in student preparation and employee development. The additional responsibilities of a Senior Enrollment Advisor will include: Providing teammates with strategic referral generation strategies. Becoming a mentor to any new EA who joins the team and assisting with their onboarding plan and continued development. Partnering with Associate Director of Recruitment on weekly call-coaching topics and strategies. Assisting the Associate Director of Recruitment with accurately forecasting starts for the upcoming term. Identifying team/individual needs for additional trainings based on conversions in monthly KPI’s for admissions activity and production metrics. Assist in development and training of the Enrollment Advisors on their team, business unit and globally
