Worked and lived on site at one of southern Maine's premiere wedding venues which doubles as an organic farm. As a farmer I harvested vegetables and flowers and oversaw facility upkeep. I also completed building projects for the site including full service rustic bathrooms, an outdoor brick grill, and an outdoor shower. Onsite I also bartended and worked as part of the catering team for weekend weddings and events, providing high end customer service to upwards of 200 guests. Bartending included crafting specialty cocktails as well as classic fixings. For catering I worked preparing food and making pizzas in a brick oven.

Ventura California

Carried out destination outdoor education trips in various State and National Parks throughout California. School groups ranged from grades 5 up to high school, and curriculums included team-building, natural science, environmental, geology, and ecology lessons. Recreational activities such as hiking, rock-climbing, and boating were included as well.

Worked as a naturalist and outdoor educator teaching natural science lessons and leading hikes for school groups in grades 5 through 7. I also worked as part of the event staff organizing and carrying out conventions, weddings, and banquets on the property. I worked as a lifeguard and boating instructor on the property's recreational pond as well.

Delivered professional and fun cross-country camping tours in the United States and Canada. Planned and executed tours and travel activities on a budget and varying time constraints. Adjusted leadership style to varying personalities, needs, and interests while adjusting to changing group dynamics.
