I came to Igloo to transform the facility from a " stick or stall built facility " into a Production Line or conventional modular facility. The entire facility was mapped to maximize production space and material distribution. We incorporated lean manufacturing principles, promoted lean cultures and material distribution. The product line ranges from a one box 1200 sq. ft. ranch, two box ranches up to 2300 sq.ft. or 18-2300 sq.ft two story two box units for the city market.

As Production Manager my focus is on building a very high end modular home for resort type areas in the most efficient manner possible. Our product structure is highly complex and very labor intense. We are building modular homes very few if any other companies will touch, such as timber frame construction, 15-16 mod single family homes with steam Jack and Jill shower rooms, tile and hardwood throughout, with level 5 drywall finishes.Building this level of home in a production line is challenging to say the least.
