- Responsible for strategic planning for precision weapons systems. Working on corporate level execution strategy and staffing profiles- Responsible for program development for weapons concepts, technology endeavors, and new program development. Efforts are focused on urban warfare strategy development for new weapons concepts to provide solutions to current weapons shortfalls in the near term - Program manager for C4ISR On-The-Move and Allied Air Expeditionary Force experiments which are demonstration exercise that incorporate various Textron ISR assets (T-UGS, U-UGS, Spider, IMS, and Terrain Commander 2)- Working science and Technology program development for the advanced solutions center (6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 level efforts) to include sensors, warheads (Non-lethal and lethal) and system development. - Efforts include responding to request for information, requests for proposals, program development, and project funding profiles for advanced product and capability development

- Responsible for program designed to leverage emerging explosive, guidance, and warhead concepts to design, weaponize, demonstrate, and deliver an enhanced weapon that will significantly improve the war-fighter's capability to defeat military activities protected in tunnels. Program is approximately $60 million dollar effort to support United States Forces Korea (USFK)

- Lead analysis for Advanced Land Attack Missile (ALAM) AoA - evaluating effectiveness of warheads against ground targets- Lead analysis for the ERGM submunition to defeat personnel targets (PASGT body armor, winter uniforms, bare targets) through testing and model evaluations-Lead effectiveness analyst for High Speed Ordnance development for including penetrator effectiveness model development and testing - Lead engineer for the ASN Reactive Program investigating reactive material capabilities to defeat ground targets and tactical ballistic missile targets- Performed target intelligence assessment for Hardened and Deeply Buried Targets (HDBT) for the SSGN payload study to determine capabilities required to defeat HDBT targets- Performed lethality assessment and target defeat analyses for the Land Attack STANDARD Missile (LASM) live fire demonstrations against material and personnel targets
