• Claim Handling Transmit any required document during claim, contact with subrogation and litigation departments, mortgage companies, finance companies…etc
• Navigate and use multiple computer applications simultaneously to respond to internal/external Customer and Regional Office inquiries. (Main Frame/NECHO, Excel, ABS, Word, Outlook…etc)
• Provide remarkable customer service and build positive relationships with each individual customer.
• Perform Account Maintenance for State Farm Payment Plan accounts and support flexible billing options to fit customer needs.
