I managed all non-dispatched tickets for follow ups, shipping, and onsites including scheduling. I was accountable for Interns and training new staff members.

I also managed the implementation of new clients into full production status using Microsoft Project and according to the client's requirements. My responsibilities included building and creating data load sheets for migrations and defining unique requirements for each customer.
