I am responsible for the design, development, and organizational integration of the resources and processes which support regulatory compliance for all of Clean Water Services' (CWS) capital infrastructure projects. I lead multi-departmental coordination in support of program operations and development of program roadmap objectives and initiatives. I lead development of program performance metrics and am responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in capital project delivery processes. At the project level, I work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external project stakeholders to improved project delivery efficiency, minimize risks, promote alignment with regulatory objectives, and enhance internal and external relationships. I provide project-level regulatory compliance management including management of internal staff as well as contracting and management of consultants for all project phases. General tasks managed include:- Planning phase identification/mapping of regulated resources and development of project-specific permitting strategies. - Design phase regulated resource avoidance and minimization alternatives analysis, regulatory authorization application development, mitigation strategy identification, and regulatory agency engagement.- Construction phase permit compliance oversight and documentation.- Rehabilitation phase monitoring and reporting.At the program level, I work across the organization to cultivate understanding and support for program operations and objectives while ensuring the operations meet organizational needs and align with organizational strategic outcomes.
