I was offered a transfer with Casto to our brand new property in Dublin, Tuller Flats. This is a 420 unit property, large like The Vista, but brought on different challenges being a property under construction.Responsibilities (including similar responsibilities as I had at The Vista)working with Construction to finalize all buildings before move ins (30 total)creating and organizing a maintenance shop out of the garage space I was givensolely responsible for keeping inventory and ordering to keep shop stockedworking as a liaison between construction and the office staff to ensure all goals are being met in a timely mannerdirect point of contact for all vendorsscheduling and completing all apartment turns responsible for scheduling all warranty work after assessing the issues myselfsolely responsible for maintaining the pooltraining and supervising a brand new Maintenance TechnicianI have continued my role as a Resident Manager here as well, responding to all emergency maintenance calls.
