• Integral member of a launch team to establish a Greenfield USA manufacturing facility for a Japanese component supplier. (Site selection, Facility modification, Financial incentives)

• Responsible for Operations to support the receipt, storage, inspection, and distribution of prototype components to support new vehicle development builds.
• Established a Greenfield distribution / inspection facility, developing operation guidelines, processes, and procedures to support specific vehicle assignment of prototype components. Creating complete vehicle kits.
• Integral system development team member creating a customized software package to facilitate the procurement, timing, and specific vehicle assignment to support new vehicle development.

• Member of a “Greenfield” launch team created to support the pass through delivery of Original Equipment Sunroof modules to General Motors and Chrysler.
