Receiving P.O.’s and launching five new components resulting in over $19,000,000 in annual sales.• 1992 – 2002 Launched and maintained supply of 400 + components to Ford Motor Company resulting in $130,000,000 in sales over the 10 year period. • Established three Greenfield distribution facilities, developing operation guidelines, processes, and procedures to meet automotive JIT requirements for OEM customers. Achieved Q1 status 1997.• Integral member of a launch team to establish a Greenfield USA manufacturing facility for a Japanese component supplier. (Site selection, Facility modification, Financial incentives) • Developed and implemented a system enhancement to facilitate seamless, real time, data transfer from customer throughout the supply chain to support a JIT distribution operation.

Responsible for Operations to support the receipt, storage, inspection, and distribution of prototype components to support new vehicle development builds. • Established a Greenfield distribution / inspection facility, developing operation guidelines, processes, and procedures to support specific vehicle assignment of prototype components. Creating complete vehicle kits, packaged in reverse assembly order, and delivered to pilot and assembly plants in the USA and Japan.• Integral system development team member creating a customized software package to facilitate the procurement, timing, and specific vehicle assignment to support new vehicle development.

Member of a “Greenfield” launch team created to support the pass through delivery of Original Equipment Sunroof modules to General Motors and Chrysler. • Successful launch for GM W-CAR.• Successful launch for Chrysler C-body.
