2020 President's Club Winner2019 Gastroenterology District Manager of the Year.I am currently the District Sales Manager for Braintree, A Part of Sebela Pharmaceuticals, responsible for sales in 7 territories--Arizona, Nevada, Utah/Idaho, Colorado/Wyoming, San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles (Previously I have managed Missouri/Southern IL, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas City/Omaha, Oregon, and Washington). Further, in July 2018 I was selected to help lead the Corporate Training Department and then in July of 2022 I was promoted to the Corporate Training Manger. This role is in addition to my District Sales Manager responsibilities and in this role I help train our new hires to make them ready for the field and also work on projects to help make the sales force more successful. Braintree, A Part of Sebela Pharmaceuticals, is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company that predominately specializes in bowel preps prior to colonoscopy. In January of 2021 we launched another innovative bowel prep, SUTAB. 90% of the physicians we target are Gastroenterologists while the remaining 10% is comprised of General Surgeons and Colon-Rectal Surgeons. Part of my call points include Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Endoscopy Centers, and GI Labs in hospitals so I am very comfortable in these settings.As a District Sales Manager I wear many hats including leading, coaching, hiring, selling, evaluating and motivating, just to name a few. I enjoy these responsibilities as it keeps things interesting and dynamic. I would describe my management style as INVESTED and INNOVATIVE. I am INVESTED in my team, my company, and my product(s). I feel that a large part of my success as a Sales Manager is a result of my management style as being invested and innovative with my team produces a work environment where open communication is at a premium.
