Managed full turn key deployments of customer microwave centric networks (both IP and TDM networks). This included managing both internal and external functional teams in areas of network design, equipment procurement, design of unique OEM solutions, delivery of engineering and installation services through to customer acceptance. Geographic regions of responsibility include the Pac NW, Alaska, and the Rocky Mtn Regions. Customer base included carrier backhaul, public safety and utility industries.

Greater Seattle Area

Role consisted of managing customer projects that focused on targeted employee training. These included internal training efforts as well as vendor training for product placement and market positioning. Another key aspect was the development of a user friendly next gen training repository systems. Customer bases primarily included financial institutions and high tech companies.

Sr Manager for the North American Project Management and Project Management Office teams. Responsible for process development and control, with a key focus on ensuring budget, schedule and scope performance on customer deployment projects.
