• Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and testing devices for the corporate and remote sites. This includes hardware and software support.• Provide first line troubleshooting for cloud Sage Timberline environment and open support tickets as needed with Sage and Trapp.• Purchase IT equipment which includes cell phones, laptops, desktops, printers and other requested devices.• Update and maintain the IT equipment inventory list.• Work with remote site General Managers to assist in planning for future growth and implementation of new systems and software.• Management of Google apps accounts and provide first line troubleshooting of email issues. Open support tickets when needed with Google for further troubleshooting.• Manage the corporate firewall and provide best practices related to IT security.• Maintain a working relationship with vendors and provide planning for implementation of updated systems.• Coordinate contractors and equipment or resource allocation.• Manage and maintain the computer network and database.• Provide customer service support and end-user training via phone and the internet.• Compile performance or sales data and report on trends and potential improvements.
