Led Wawa's IT effort to identify and deploy the necessary platforms and processes to enable big data capture and utilization at Wawa. Included researching, prototyping, and deploying platforms such as SAP HANA and Hadoop, and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy.Primary IT point of contact for SAP relationship and for support/ upgrades of the installed SAP footprint at Wawa including SAP Retail, SAP F&R, SAP BW, and SAP SCM.

Running ECC 6.0 with FI/CO, Treasury, SCM/F&R, SAP Retail, SAP Portal.Responsible for Change Managment including Change Readiness assessment, Organizational Impact, Organizational Design, and Communication Planning.Responsible for Release & Resource Management including QA testing, Production Release Management, and Time Tracking/ Resource Forecasting/ Resource Management.
