- Built the Loan Monitoring Department from the ground up for a recently established loss-share bank including hiring a team, setting up procedures, and researching and implementing programs with various vendors- Responsibilities of the deparment included commercial and consumer contruction loan administration, financial tracking for the loan portfolio, and covenant tracking and calculation- Major projects included: review and recoding of all loans including setting up new purpose and collateral codes; review of entire loan portfolio to determine financial and covenant requirements; implementing a process to manually transfer all information into new software
