Business: Developed processes for large runs of validated parts suitable for Tier 2 manufacturers. Developed the Corvette Gen 5 LT1 direct injection pistons and an innovative line of performance pistons for Duramax/Powerstroke/Cummins light duty diesel powered trucks. Manufacturing: Looked at core compentencies and capacity to diversify forging sales to new unexplored market segments (Brakes, driveline, raw billets, turbocharger components, clutches, etc.)Personnel: Worked with sales and engineering on design updates and product development.

Business: Provided market insight and direction. Served as intermediary between U.S. and Chinese business units. Developed supplier relationships with ARP, ACL, Cometic, Ferrea, Kelford, and others to provide additional components for remanufactured racing engines. Industry trade show technical liason for Dover/PMI brands (Wiseco, JE, K1, Innovate). Manufacturing: Designed the factory layout for workflow optimization. Responsible for equipment selection and procurement, work scheduling, improved production methods, design engineering, production tooling development and establishing a quality process for engine machining and assembly. Personnel: Hiring, scheduling and training of associates. Wrote standard operating procedures for optimizing workflow for 18 different engines including Honda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, and Hyundai.

Primary responsibilities: Core new product development, research, testing, marketing, corporate communicaitons, customer and application specific product development, customer development, distribution channel development, customer issue resolutionBusiness: Direct voice of customer collaboration with racers, engine builders and distributors generated insight to expand Wiseco's product line. Instrumental in the creation of 80% of pistons offered in the 2015 Wiseco Automotive catalog including: Sport Compact, Chevrolet LSX, Quick 16/8 big block Chevrolet, Ford modular/Coyote, Late model Chrysler Hemi and other product segments.Manufacturing: Worked directly with engineering to model and develop pistons with features that gave Wiseco a competitive lead from 2002-2015. Responsible for component selection and combination development of product packages. Applied Design for Manufacturing principles to create robust parts more efficiently at lower cost and fewer defects.

Participated in emerging development of extreme performance turbo four cylinder sports compact engine and sales of supporting components for high performance racing engines.

Elevated the visibility of the school through strategic media coverage and advertising. Increased enrollment several fold over a two year period.

Focused on big block Chevrolet racing engine engine and component sales.

Held Top Secred clearance. Red rope and Meritorious Medal recipient. Responsible for routing data between remote tracking stations and operators of the individual satellite groups.
