As a leader in the nation’s largest natural gas distribution company, Brian uses his rich energy policy expertise to advance the vision of SoCalGas to become the cleanest, safest and most innovative natural gas utility in the country. He is currently the Director of Customer Programs and Assistance for SoCalGas, a Sempra Energy utility. He is responsible for leading the development, administration and implementation of energy efficiency and low income assistance policy and programs for over 22 million consumers in Southern California.
