Primary responsibilities include the design and deployment of wireless and fixed computer networks with a focus on MPLS. Work with PTP, PMP, and Microwave/RF links. Define, execute, and review network test plans with customers for acceptance and optimization. Oversee the monitoring and management of deployed networks through various management systems. Aid sales with proposal design, task estimation, and attend customer design meetings.

Deployment and initial instruction on the new aspects of the WiMAX system. Primary focus has been working with Clearwire. Train new engineers on the WiMAX and LTE technology as well as how to handle various customer situations. Authoring LTE Customer field documentation in preparation for LTE technical trials. Responsible for LTE lab finance, equipment procurement, and lab management. New Product Introduction team Process Improvement Champion responsible for building teams and tracking process improvement activities. Interoperability testing with various device vendors as well as other RAN vendors. Over the air validation, and rf coverage testing.

Maintain the high quality within the iDEN and Harmony systems through the execution of highly detailed test cases. Troubleshoot, address, and aid in the resolution of any problems that might arise in the network. Maintain a high level of communication between all development teams during the testing process.
