Responsibility for national field technical, process, and workflow reviews;* Develop Collision Estimating Guidelines that align to core competencies and goals;* Develop, maintain, and analyze industry, product, and estimating trends in order todetermine their impact on severity;* CCC vendor management; and* Develop direct reports into field supervisors over a 2 -3 year period.
