• Served as liaison to external developers on day-to-day company and development issues for multiple subdivision communities.• Managed and monitored the performance of external developers and civil engineers to ensure the development of home sites were delivered on time and met homebuilding development standards in order to meet division’s sales objectives. • Analyzed preliminary community concept drawings and final infrastructure drawings as related to site layout, home product & strategy, utility layout, grading, storm water management, erosion control, easement identification and ADA guidelines.• Initiated and lead corporate staff through the community startup process consisting of community marketing & identity and amenity design such as community centers, entry features, community landscape, streetscapes and establishing Homeowner Association Documents. • Supervised Land Coordinators in preparation of compiling final subdivision data to release to each community for sale and for the use of sales support staff.• Created quarterly reports detailing available site inventory and identified the need for future development based on division sales objectives.
